Who doesn't love a good sale? Clever Alice's pop-up shop in River North opens today. Last night, we stopped in and got a preview the hottest pieces by Porto, Inizio, Casting and more. The pop-up shop, located at 7 East Huron (right next to Ikram), is open from 10am to 7pm today through Sunday, September 28th, but we recommend you hurry because the merch is good and quantity is limited for some of our favorites.
The little shop is filled with tons of under-the-radar and emerging designers like Chicago native Margarita Saplala, Cindy + Johnny, Luna and Anatomie priced at up to 75% off the original retail price. Some dresses and skirts were priced as low as $19-30, while some of the typically more expensive brands like Porto, David Khan and JPark were anywhere from $80-150! The sale includes samples and overstock, and we spotted all sizes for most brands. Pretty much everything hanging on the racks is worth checking out.
Our favorites? A David Kahn studded moto jacket, a drapey racerback jumpsuit from Casting, bright colored workout gear by Anatomie and the best of the best: an army green kimono jacket by JPark.
