What is a sample sale?
A sample sale is an event where brand-new merchandise is sold at significantly reduced prices. These items may include samples, overstock, or pieces from previous seasons.

How often do you have sample sales?
We host sample sales periodically throughout the year. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming events.

Where are your sample sales held?
Our sample sales are held at 2 locations in NYC and online. Visit us at 4 Prince Street and 87 Christopher Street . We are open Monday through Saturday 11 to 7 and Sunday 11 to 6.

What payment methods do you accept at your sample sales?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

Can I return or exchange items purchased at a sample sale?
All sample sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sample sale items unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Do you offer shipping for sample sale purchases?
Sample sale purchases are typically available for in-person pickup only. If shipping is available, it will be mentioned on the specific event page. Standard shipping rates and policies apply.

Are all sizes available at your sample sales?
Sample sale inventory varies, and sizes may be limited. We recommend arriving early for the best selection. Some samples do not list a size so if shopping in store we encourge you to try on. Most samples will fit sizes 4 to 8 depending on the brand.  

Do you restock items during the sample sale?
We do not typically restock items during the sample sale. However, we may occasionally add additional inventory throughout the event.

Can I bring friends or family to the sample sale?
Absolutely! Feel free to invite friends and family to join you at the sample sale. The more, the merrier!
